SOURCE: setting the clock
Remove the plug from the socket for a few minutes. Then plug it back. Does the clock control blicking? look at the pictures on the control as a whole.
Do you see anything like a table clock? press it once, then press the numeric pad or up and down arrow button depending on the model you have. press enter or start if set correctly.

Hello- Glass bulbs don't make very good handles, do they? Find a good tech to check wiring behind bulb socket. May have burned a connection, and or grounded a wire somewhere. Electric ranges have two 110v circuits that work in combination. One is out. Let me know if info helps- have more if needed- Thanks- ED

SOURCE: We have been given this
Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly Display/clock • When you first plug in the range, a tone will sound, the display will be fully lit for a few seconds, and the display will show the last time set and "PF" (power failure). If, after you set the clock (See "Setting the clock" later in this section), the display again shows "PF," your electricity was off
Usually a PF code will appear when there has not been power to the range and then there is power applied. PF = power failure There may be a loose plug... or a loose connection for the power cord inside the range itself. It most likey is not a costly repair and only a matter of locating the source of the lost power. You said you were using an extension cord.... so maybe the problem is with the extension cord itself vs the range. From what I am reading.... all you have to do is set the clock to make the PF go away. It sounds like it is working fine other than the clock needs set.
You user manual is here: (8.64 mb)
From page 18 of the manual:
for a while. Reset the clock.
SETTING THE CLOCK is on page 25 of the manual.
If none of the manual links work above go to this stie:
http://www.hammerwall.com and search for your model number KGST307
This should solve the mystery. Thanks for choosing FixYa.
