Question about HP Computers & Internet
Sorry for so many posts i am just getting used to the site.
i do have a dv6327cl which is hp notebook pc.
and the pc overheated i beleive and fried the battery and the motherboard.
i did replace the battery and also the wireless car. but to no avail there is still no battery listed and i get no type of wifi installed and in saying that i can't use any bluetooth stuff.
so the question is the problem in my motherboard, if so any suggestions where to get one?
Good ole HP laptops. Gotta love em. First thing to do is go to the following site to see if your computer is covered. The wifi thing is a very common issue with these laptops over heating.
Chances are yes you lost your motherboard. Look online, not HP for replacement, I got one for $110 for a dv9000. As far as what I've done is cleaned the heat sink from grease and thermal pads and used arctic silver 5 thermal grease and also invested in a ZM-NC2000 cooling pad. These are insanely good, recording a 30 degree F drop. This will help keep it going after repairs. You can also go to the following site, put in your product number, them click on how to and you can find a whole manual explaining how to completely disassemble the whole laptop and replace every part. Good luck.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
