Question about Matrox DualHead2Go (D2GA2AAJ) VGA Video Splitter
I am trying to install the DualHead2Go on my computer which runs 64-bit Vista. It says my system is compatible and i have installed the right driver updates. When i run the software, the wizard says a "windows error has occurred" while trying to install the INF file
I had the same problem. The following worked for me.
I installed the newest version of the driver software.See Matorx website for that. Install the program.Open the program. In the Matrox Powerdesk window of the program you must go to the Help&troubleshooting part, in the next window click Troubleshoot. There you must reset warnings dialogs. After you have done that, you can run the setup without any problems.
