Disconnect and re-connect - it might re-set. Since its a 2013 issie, it might be under warranty.

You haven't said what kind of mouse you have or whether it used to work.
I'll offer some suggestions for the most common problems:
If it used to work but now doesn't, try a system restore back to when it did work.
If that doesn't work--are you using a wireless mouse? If so, are the batteries fresh and are they inserted correctly?
If you are using a wireless mouse, have you pushed the little "connect" button on the bottom?
You haven't said, but is the other mouse a wireless one or a USB mouse? If your USB mouse doesn't work, try another USB port. If you go into the device manager, do you see a "human interface device" or a "mouse" listed? If so, it will tell you the system recognizes the device. If that is missing, there is a good chance the mouse is dead.

You did not stated what is your operating system, if this is any flavour of windows and you have scroll mouse:

1. press and hold "ctrl" button on left side of the keyboard
2. scroll mouse forward/reverse till required size of print is enquired

If you do not have scroll mouse, not everything is lost:

1. press and hold "ctrl" button on left side of the keyboard
2. tap plus or minus key on numerical keypad till required magnification is achieved.

Other method is to tap right mouse button on your desktop, select "properties" or "display properties" depending which windows and adjust display size settings til yo are satisfied.

Normally mouse wont need any driver updates but if u still goes for that then u can check the corresponding company website and from there u can download al the drivers and manuals u need

i can think of 2 ngs to try

1 change batteries in mouse

2 re install software and start again

If you have tried it with the XP driver and it doesn't work, at present there are no Vista drivers for your camera, you can try other drivers from this site to see if any work with Vista http://www.ngs.eu/html/publicauk/drivers.asp?id=10
