Question about Kodak EasyShare Z1275 Digital Camera
I am experiencing an issue with the camera turning off quickly. The date and time stamp appears in the window, but turns off before any changes can be made.
The unit was not dropped nor exposed to water.
I have reviewed multiple sites and completed the troubleshooting provided by Kodak. They solution is to submit for repair which will cost.
I have submitted a repair request to them stating I believe their unit is defective and believe they have quality control issues with the manufacturer.
I suggest everyone take the same course of action to alert Kodak to the problem and give them an opportunity to 'correct' the problem.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
