Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little gear icon in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

If you're getting an error message, what does it say?

I have an existing gmail account and cannot access my emails,Why? I have Telstra 4G prepaid connection, what's happenening?

The first, your question are not detail. If you say that you have 4G prepaid I think that you can connect internet and if you can not access gmail (although you have account gmail). Are you sure gmail address is exactly? you try connect gmail from PC (chrome, IE, Firefox etc) to ensure that your gmail and password is correct.

If your gmail password is correct and you check gmail from mobile device (smart phone, tablet, ect). You can read to guide from this link: Set up Google Sync with your Windows Phone Use IMAP with mobile devices

I hope that my answer to solve your problem. Good luck to you

How come i can access my gmail on my smart phone, but not on my laptop as google have locked me out?.

When connected to Gmail on your smart phone, set up a secondary email address. This is an email address that Gmail can use when you have a problem with your primary Gmail address.

After setting up the secondary email address, try to connect to your primary Gmail address using your laptop.

After you receive a message that you are locked out, there will be an option for Gmail to send you an "unlock" link in an email to the secondary email address.

Access this email using your laptop and click the link. You will then be able to access your primary Gmail account using the laptop.

    • Email Address: yourlogin@gmail.com
    • Connect Using: Your Internet accessing profile (for GrameenPhone users it is GP-Internet)
    • Connection Type: IMAP4 (I prefer IMAP for gmail, you can also use pop3)
    • Incoming Server: imap.gmail.com (for pop3 use pop.gmail.com)
    • Username: yourlogin@gmail.com
    • Password: Your Gmail Password
    • Download: Headers Only (Keeps the data usage to a minimum)
    • Check Interval: Off (Any Automated setting uses data. I use a 12h interval)
    • Outgoing Server: smtp.gmail.com
    • Username: yourlogin@gmail.com
    • Password: Your Gmail Password
    • Allow Connection: Any Network
    • Auto Connect: Off
    • Your Name: <your name>
    • Signature: <Anything> (This will be attached below every mail you sent from your phone)
    • Copy Outgoing: yourlogin@gmail.com (so that you have a copy of the mails you send from your phone)
    • Encryption:
      • Incoming Server: SSL
      • Outgoing Server: TLS
    • Incoming Port: 993
    • Outgoing Port: 587
  1. Press Done
  2. Select Your Account Name from the list of accounts
  3. Go back to Email>Inbox
  4. Select Send&rec
  5. Gmail is set up on your phone

Mozilla Thunderbird setup

Google Gmail Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com
The Gmail SMTP server requires authentication (use the same settings as for the incoming mail server)
The Google Gmail SMTP Server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) on port 465.
GMail uses POP3 over an SSL connection, so make sure your email client supports encrypted SSL connections.
Google Gmail Incoming Mail Server (POP3) - pop.gmail.com (SSL enabled, port 995)Outgoing Mail Server - use the SMTP mail server address provided by your local ISP or smtp.gmail.com (SSL enabled, port 465)
