SOURCE: Toshiba Transistor 130G2 OCA error

Basically it is telling you that the inverter is bad. You can disconnect the output so there is only the power going to the inverter and see if it will come on with a no load situation but if it still fails, there is no fix other than to send it back to manufacturer.
Try this as your one and only "maybe":
Reset is press CLR and WRT at same time (I think).

When run comand is enable I get an error OC1. I disconnected the load and still get the same error. The inverter has been working fine for the last three years

Overcurrent on acceleration is what the code is supposed to be. There may be a capacitor failing in the finals of the output stage, or a resistor has shifted value..

I have toshiba theaterveiw and when i turn it on it powers up then it powers down then the red power light blinks on and off

The flashing power light on those Toshibas is usually caused by capacitors on the power board having failed solder connections. I have fixed them before by removing the power board and resoldering the capacitors. If you have experience with soldering and electronics it is an easy repair. Most shops will recommend replacing the entire board since their labor to repair it would probably cost more. Toshiba put out a service bulletin on this issue which a good technician should be aware of. (If memory serves the capacitors are C109 and C110. Since your TV still turns on you probably haven't blown fuse F860 which often blows when these capacitors act up.)

Fuse blown and replaced it but keeps blowing new fuse

Either s door switch is defective, or the capacitor is shorted.
If it blows immediately, check the door switches.
If it blows when trying to run the micro, check the high voltage capacitor. Be very cqreful when checking the capacitor as it can be very dangerous, holding a large voltage charge long after use.
Good luck.

TV Toshiba CF32G50

I think you have a vertical problem. Turn up screen voltage to see if there is a tin horizontal line across screen. If so replace vertical output IC and the 100uf/35v capacitor in the vertical circuit.
