Go to the general news feed. The application should show up on the left side of the screen under the "Apps" menu. Hover over the app you wish to remove and a pencil should appear to the left of the app's name. Click on the pencil and a choice "Remove App" will appear. Click this and confirm the action, and the app will disappear.
There is a key (usually the dry key) that needs to be held for 4 seconds to turn the child lock on or off. If it comes on again try holding this key for 4 seconds.
If it was pressed and held by mistake this could cause the lock to activate. If no one pressed the button and it came on by itself this could be an indication of a touch pad failure in the works. I would need your complete model number to determine what the extent of the repair would be if this touch pad were to fail all the way.

message should come up "CLEAR ALL FILES Y/N?"
hit Y, message should say "ARE YOU SURE Y/N?"
press y again to clear all files
to cancel the memory all clear function, press the N key at the first or secound prompt
That circles mean the progarm is running. The n95 keeps apps running in the backroun. To see the apps running u can go in to the menu and look for the circle, or u can press and told the menu key this will give u a list of the apps. U can also exit the programs from this by hitting the clear key. If you press the end key or exit the progarm with out hitting the exit button then it will keep running.
Go to Start-> run . Type in services.msc. Find the print spooler service, right mouse click and choose stop. Open Explorer and go to c:\windows\systerm32\spool\printers and delete all files.
Go back to services.msc-- Print spooler. Right click and start service
