How to restore

Are you talking about System Restore or System Recovery (to factory settings).

System Restore allows you to set your computer back to a point an time when it was running ok by allowing you to select a Restore Point (date and time). System Restore does not delete your data, documents, music, pictures, videos or programs (unless the program was installed after the restore point you selected). Click Start/Program/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.

System Recovery deletes everything and sets your system back to when you first purchased it. You should read the manual to see how to initiate System Recovery. Hopefully they put a recover partition on your hard drive because using cd's fail most times.

Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "ASUSSupport" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Look for Manuals and search them for System Recovery or Restore Factory Settings.
Below is a link to ASUS's instructions on running the System Recovery.

How do you hard reset an acer windows 7 laptop?

Reset?

Are you talking about System Recovery which takes you system back to when you first purchased it and deletes everything you did since that time? You will need to read your manual on how to perform the Recovery.

Get online and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Acer Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Look for manuals and search them for System Recovery or Factory Settings.

Have you tried System Restore? System Restore allows you to select a Restore Point (Date and Time) before you started having problems. System Restore does not delete your data, documents, music, pictures, videos or programs (unless the program was installed after the restore point you selected). Click Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore then select a restore point.

RESTORE FIJITSU

Restore or Recovery?

System Restore can be found by clicking Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore. Or if you have Windows 7 click Start then type System Restore in the search box and look at the Results to click System Restore. System Restore allows you to select a Restore Point (date and time) before you started having problems. It does not delete any of your data, documents, music, pictures, videos or programs (unless the program was installed after the Restore Point you selected).

Rsystem Recovery deletes everything and sets your computer back to when you first purchased it. Read the manual to see how to get into System Recovery.

Get online and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Acer Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Look for Manuals and search them for System Recovery or Restore to Factory Settings.

Google Earth disappeared after updating Adobe Reader 9

Try to do a system restore, this should help you to get the application back. On the start search, type restore, select system restore, on the system restore screen choose the option which says select another restore point, hit next, choose the restore point when the system was working fine, hit next, let the computer go through the restore process. When computer restarts normally, you should be able to use the google earth.
For any additional help with your hp computer you can alway visit hp.com/support and get a free chat support.
Hope you find this information helpful.
