Hi, I have a Kenmore Elite 790.4102 that has CA in the display and doesn't allow the oven keys to work or display the time. Can anyone help me to see if it is a easy fix?

You would need the full model from the tag, and it will be one of these:

http://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/search.html?q=790.4102

You can download manuals form that page and look up any needed parts.

Feel free to contact me via microwavecontrol.com with your full model number and detailed symptoms if you need more help.

Kenmore elite model #665.61683101, has no power, plug works but microwave has no display, is there a fuse in this model?

There is a line fuse for this oven. Remove the cabinet and the fuse should be close to the line cord. Replacement fuses should be found at your local appliance supply house.

Hi, i own a kenmore elite speedcook oven model 363.63692301, ever since my wife used the convection speedcook oven and had the heat setting set to the maximum temp of 450 degrees which the oven should...

I have had issues with my Kenmore Elite conv oven too. I have had several service calls and found out that the TCU (thermal cooling unit) sensor was not working. This allows the oven to cool down so it doesnt overheat the sensors in the display. I actually had to have the oven replaced after 4 months of use. I am currently waiting for a technician to review the replacement oven for the same issue. I spent $7k on all new Elite appliances and will never purchase Kenmore appliances again. Good luck

Kenmore elite microwave oven displays "Locked" and will not respond

My Kenmore Elite microwave (don't have the model number in front of me) also mysteriously locked its own keypad (we were sitting in an adjacent room, heard a strange beep, and got up to find the LED reading "Locked."). I pressed and held down the Stop/Clear button for ~10 seconds and it returned to normal.
