Open command prompt. Type netstat -rn.

You need to register/subscribe to a VOIP provider first like Vonage and the likes. Then you need to register through your VOIP provider the phone ports of your router. ISP is different from VOIP.

the thing with voip is it eats up bandwith, especially if alot of users are using voip at the same time, that tends to slow their server they result in blocking the ports for that.

you can go to port and it will do it for you, just click on 'start here' but if you wish to do it yourself the ports that need to be open are- 1024-1030,5060-5065,10000-20000
