Question about HP Compaq Evo Notebook N600c
When I hit the power button to boot up the laptop the leds come on for a few seconds & then go off . The laptop then starts cycling thru this, leds on for a few seconds & then off & just keeps cycling & nothing else happens
Check voltage of AC adapter with voltmeter and make sure voltage matchs the output noted on the adapter and the bottom of the laptop.
Make sure the voltage is steady and not jumping all over. If you have another adapter with the same output voltage and AMPs equal to or greater than the required AMPs, try that. This will rule out the adapter if you still have the same problem.
