From Kitchen Aid they only come on a new motor. I am a Kitchen Aid service agent and I remove them from burnt out motors and keep them. Look for a service agent near you and see if they can help you out. I have no idea where you are, I'm in New Zealand.
Is it a Kitchen Aid KSM150 mixer as in the subject or a blender as in the body or neither? I'm struggling to visualize a nut holding an upper shaft bearing in either one.
From the Kitchen Aid importer or Kitchen Aid or an authorised service agent depending on what country you live in. If you are from New Zealand then I have them or can get them.
Check for loose connections from mains cable to PCB and from PCB to motor. Check motor for circuit continuity, it may need a new motor, it is rarely the PCB.
