I installed a new fuser oil cartridge in my Docucolor 12. After about a week I found the oil was low again and we had only made a few hundred copies. When we pulled the unit away from the wall I found where all the oil went (nice floor polish). What can be done to stop the oil from dripping out of the copier?

U need a new oil tank. this is the yellowy/brown plastic bit where the oil sits in. if not you might have a blockage in your oil system in the fuser itself causing it to spill out. if the oil is on the trays its more than likely the oil tank

DOTS pattern and WHITE LINE along the page
The Problem is your Copy Print Module it has a scracht on it if you replace the module it will desapear the dots and lines.

DC 1250 Paper Jam when printing few copies
Well that problem is because there is not enought oil on the fuser roll. The problem is the oil pump. change it before make one irreversible damage to the fuser or pressure rolls. Do a full maintenance of the fuser module.

Fault Code 15-362 - CAUTION: The Fuser Roll remains in a cammed-up position if power to the copier is interrupted while the copier is in use. The Fuser Roll will not be released from its position until the power is restored, the Power Switch is in the On position, and the Start button is pressed again. If the Fuser Roll remains in the cammed-up position for a prolonged period of time, copy quality defects will occur. To prevent damage to the Fuser Roll, switch the Power On as soon as possible after the power is restored, and make a copy of a document. If the machine is a DC 12LP send a print job from a workstation to prevent damage to the Fuser Roll.

Xerox docucolor 12 copy/print printing all black
Hi,
If you moved the printer, make sure the conections from the printer to the Fiery are secure. If loose the prints will be black but when copying will be fine.

10-186 is a fuser problem.Check for jammed paper in fuser or low fuser oil.Might have bad fuser lamp or fuser thermal fuse.

Doc 12 fuser oil leaking
It needs to have the fuser taken apart and rebuilt.
There are wicks and wiper blades that wear out.
Then they do you get excessive oil on the paper and
pretty much everywhere.
If your doing it yourself I can provide you a good and reliable vendor.

Pretty much all you can do is rebuild the fuser, either the meterins blade or wick are work out.

Blank trace appears on printed copy
replace the toner cartridge, this is a case of low toner.

NOTE: you should never clean the drum on the toner cartridge it is sensitive to light and touch.
