Question about Acer Extensa 5620-6119 Notebook
I replaced the battery on extensa 5620 and it says operating system not found.
Could it be that you have a USB device plugged in during the boot process and it is set to try to boot USB first? Perhaps the hard drive has spun for the last time. Replacing the battery and having it fail is solely a coincidence,

This happens to many acers eventually...
the one way to completely fix it is to replace the motherboard, until that one breaks not to far in the future.
I recommend getting a new laptop, i had to when i had the exact same problem because i was sick of getting my motherboard fixed. I only had 3 until i gave up on acer.
