Question about Fisher and Paykel Dishwashers
Unit starts ok but gets through part of cycle then red lights flash and beeps and unit stops.. not sure why this is
It is very likely the flood switch trips part through the cycle. One cause is too much foaming due to incorrect detergent. The other is splashing of water from the drawer due to slightly leaky lid seal. Check out both these situations in particular if the red flashing only occurs temporarily and you are able to restart the dishwasher after sometime.

It sounds like the thermal fuse in the control console has blown.
Turn power off to unit.
Remove the outer door panel and then the console.
Remove the black plastic cover from over the circuit board if it has one.
You should see the thermal fuse clipped to the circuit board housing.
If you have an ohm meter, check for continuity across it, it should read closed.
If you don't have a meter, unplug the wires from it and and hook them together.
Turn power back on to unit, hold door switches down and cancel cycle. The washer should drain the water.
If this doesn't work, check your door switches to make sure they are closing properly.

FA is a problem with the tubidity sensor. By holding down the power button, it stops, but just repeats everytime you try a new wash cycle. So keep doing it and you can atleast use it. If you want to go one step further and find a permanent solution try feeling around in the sump (where the filter slots in) being careful for any broken glass. Other than that it will probably be a strip-down job to examine the internal hoses and the pump; not a DIY job to be honest.

you can open the lowe racess panel of d/w and you find a techsheet/ trouble shooter, in ther they will explain how to reset a clean light blinkin 7 times.. you can try pushing the "sani-rinse"---"heated dry"--- "sani-rinse" --- "heated dry"... toggling these buttons will triggor a test mode, youl know your in it for all the lights will light, close the door and wait 30 secs or so, the reopen door and cancel cycle, after it runs for 2min it will be ready fro you to start using again.. of the clean light issue returns, id recommned calling for service
