Your best bet if not replacing it is to call around to a machine shop or, believe it or not, a sewing machine repair shop. They can usually fix it and can use the business.

I need a manual for my pressure cooler

Without knowing the make and model, I can't give you a direct link. Try doing a web search for the make and model, and include the search term "manual." If that doesn't work, replace "manual" with "User guide." You can also try the support page on the manufacturer's web site. Some manufacturers are very good about making manuals available online, even their legacy products (although the manual may be a scanned image only).

One of the handles on our S-9898 pressure cooker broke. Where can we get a replacement handle?

Here is a site that has parts for 106 different pressure cookers http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/pressurecookers/mirro?gclid=CP769LDwl7oCFWfhQgodvyIA4g
However, you will need the model number of the pressure cooker which might be on the bottom of the pan. The number you listed is the pressure regulator, not the pressure cooker.

I need a manual for miu france pressure cooker model 95080

MIU France produced a video to explain how the pressure cooker works. You can view it here:

You might want to check the Free Pressure Cooker Manual library occasionally - if the manual you're looking for isn't there they'll likely add it soon!

The recalled 8 qt ultrex ll pressure cooker model # 11302c will the lid come off on its own or does it just not lock while under pressure?

Halt, do not use this pressure cook. The lid is suspose to lock. This means the lid become a dangerous fly object if it came off under pressure, plus extremely hot boiling water and the contents of the pressure cooker. Beside possible dying from the lid, and if one survives the flying lid, one will be will scalded by the contents of the pressure cooker. Another pressure cooker manufactured in China. Sorry, GB...stewbison

Hello, I got a brand new WP electronic pressure

Yes it can be disassembled and cleaned.
There aren't very many parts you can destroy by disassembling, just be careful not to force anything as you take it apart.

My Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker shows 'E4' in the display.

There doesn't seem to be any legit way of fixing this. I tinkered with the pressure sensors and valves, kicked the pressure cooker a few times, still the E4 error presented itself.

I was able to bypass the E4 error by completely bypassing the electronics and wiring the heater coil to get power whenever the pressure cooker is plugged in. It was a very simple job, anyone with any electrical experience can do this.

The only problem is that it is a safety concern as there is no way for the heater to turn off even if pressure is getting to be way too high. There may be a pressure relief valve in the lid but the heater coil won't shut off, so don't leave it unattended! But at least this way to you can still pressure cook.

E4 on the Woldgang Puck Electric Pressure Cooker

I fixed mine by elevating it 4 inches (E4) and dropping it on the counter. Something needed a little impact adjustment!
