I have a Panasonic 55 inch Smart TV (sorry I don't know the model number) but when I try to connect it to the Wifi, and it does the search, it doesn't find any sort of Wifi to connect.

Do you have wifi installed in your place. You need to have an internet connection and a wifi router to enable your TV to connect to it.

rhw IP is the IP address. 2 classed intErnet and intrAnet.
SSID is the broad cast wifi node name.

what code ?

se24sl is a TV set
so what are you doing to it
let me guess, the TV asked this?
joining your homes local wifi,
sure you must know all that..
on ours only SSID, and pass phrase
if not know, and you must know it
we us our PC and browser go into OUR router
and get that information

on my home TV we built in our home a giga lan, wired network
no long inS, we plug it in and it screams.SO SIMPLE.

no neighbors can noT over load our wifi, kiilling my netlix,,vudo And hulul.
USING WIFI,takes more skills and heartache.
I put my router on highbands away from neighbors, is one trick
also wifi has many modes.
ad hoc
hotspot , 1 button connect
or full encrypted , mode.(me with 20 digit random pass phrase)
ive no idea at all how your router is confiigured.

Do I need cable hook to make my WIFI to work

If your TV supports WIFI (like a smart TV) and you have WIFI in your house, you shouldn't need any cable. Need to follow the manual of the TV to connect to the wifi and you'll be all set.

My seiki tv detects wifi but won't connect. even after i enter the password. how do i fix this?

One reason I can think of for your problem is this: your TV detects several other protected WiFi networks (probably from your neighbors) in addition to your own, and it is likely that you entered the password for your network when trying to connect to another network. To check if this is the case and if you don't know your network's name (actually this is called the network's SSID), do the following: turn off your modem/router, then check what WiFi networks are detected by your TV. Write down the names of those networks. Turn your modem/router back on and see what networks are now detected by your TV. The new one on the list is your WiFI network's SSID. Make sure that you connect your TV to that new network.

I m unable to connect wifi for my samsung 65 led tv

Does the TV have WiFi enabled? Is it in range of your WiFi router? Is the place where the TV is located a WiFi dead spot? Does the TV see your WiFi router, and is it the strongest signal in the TV's locality? Are your neighbours using the same WiFi channel as you? Have you got the router set to block MAC addresses? Is the TV set to use DHCP? Is the router handing out IP addresses? What security level are you using? Are you putting in the correct WiFi password? The list goes on and on.....

Come across a really annoying problem within our household. We're with TalkTalk for internet, i'm on a PC connected via WiFi through a dongle on the network. There's also a TV that is causing the...

Ok. (I don't know how much help I can offer since I'm in USA and you're in UK). 1) From what little I was able to look up, TalkTalk Internet is really small and has a lot of issues regarding on what it delivers to it's customers. 2) The HUAWEI HG533 Router... (from your description of the symptoms with your TV), seems functioning ok, just that the Bandwidth (Internet speed of your ISP-TalkTalk) is too slow to keep up with everything you want to do once you add the Video for the TV. IF you use the Internet cable from your router to the TV, you should have a Faster connection for internet reception (compared to WiFi. Minimum of N-Band on WiFi should suffice for 1 TV and 1 Computer. 5 Devices or more, I recommend a Better Router and Cable your Devices that need the Fastest connection for response, IE. 1-2 computers, TV or Blu-Ray device that provides content to your TV). Best advice - Inquire your Internet Provider about your situation, Possibly change ISP's, Make sure your Router can handle the Usage on WiFi and Cable connect that you require. I have been using a D-Link DIR-655 N-Band Gaming Router (broadcasts WiFI @ 65Mbps/sec, 4 cable connect Ports with 1Gbps speed) for several years now. I've got 2 puters and a Blu-Ray device cable connected, we WiFi our 3Cell phones, a Sony WII and 2 other puters for our kids. We pay a about $25 more a month for faster Internet speed, all runs rather well (Time Warner Cable Turbo, USA, total Internet cost is $65 a month, we don't subscribe to any tv or land-line phone, since we use cell phones).
