Question about Shoprider Health & Beauty
I have checked the battery, fuse, and free wheeling lever. What else is there to check? Thanks.
You didn't say if you're not getting power or just not moving. If you're getting power but not moving, your wheels may need lubrication or there may be "stuff" wrapped around your axles and binding them.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Possible one or both batteries have had there day. How old are the batteries. If they are between 1 and 2 years old they will probably need replacing. it would be adviseable to get the batteries tested and have the charger checked as well. When did it have its last service ?

I had same proble - spray some lubricating oil on the lever, let it sit for awhile, than GENTLY tap it with a hammer. Worked for me

My Mother buggy does the same and you can damage the gearbox, so I use a elastic try down to the bumper this stops it from moving but should there be a need I can remove it.
the Freewhel mech may have come loose so check it out.
