Question about Canon PIXMA MP160 All-In-One Printer
The error that you have received is due to system conflict.
Make sure you have the updated drivers for Vista and you have uninstalled the previous one...
Follow the steps and let me know the result :-
1. Uninstall the drivers you have in our system for Mp 160 printer.
2. Restart the Desktop/Windows.
3. Install the Drivers again.
Download the driver from the below mentioned link :-
Once done, run the test page and let me know.

When you installed the printer, did you use the cd that came with the printer?
What operating system are you using?
