You only need one small o-ring. If you put two of them it will not work properly and will mostlikely leak like crazy. If this helped please rate.

SOURCE: Paint damaged in side microwave oven

1) How is the cavity damaged? Is it just peeling paint, or is it rust? If it's rust then the microwave could be dangerous.

2) The antenna cap usually has a small hole in the centre, but if there are any other holes in it the magnetron itself could be damaged, and holes caused by the magnetrin arcing.

SOURCE: engine runs well but hardly and water comes out

A pressure washer pump shouldn't have to be primed, as it is under water pressure from your hose. You're right, the problem is somewhere in the pump. Try looking for the owners manual online. You can find most on the manufacturers website. no charge. See if the troubleshooting guide in the manual helps.

I have 1988 Honda Shadow vt600 how do I get to adjustment screws on carburetor looks like there's caps were there should be screws

Caps are there so you don't tamper with them. However, if you have to tamper, carefully drill a small hole into cap, making sure to not go too deep, insert a small screw into that hole, and with a vice-grip grab that screw and pry it out.

Best hardi board gun ever

There are alot of hardi board guns on the market and they are all very expensive.I installed hardi for years and have owned many of them. The best gun I ever had was a Bostich coil nailer for plywood. It has a high capacity magazine and all you have to do to get the nails to shoot flush without damaging the hardiboard is to put a rubber cap on the nail head.Go to a drug store and get the round caps that go on the bottom of a cruch drill a hole in the center of cap and cut out a notch so the safety slide will move freely.apply a few drops of crazy glue and you got yourself one mean hardi gun for a third of the cost.

How can i attach a lock on my refrigerator

Here is an easy way. Buy a lock hasp from a local hardware store. Mount it to the right or left side, depending on which way it opens by holding it up so that the entire lock hasp covers the opening of the door seal width, but allows you enough room to drill the holes into your refrigerator sheet metal. If too small then buy a larger or if to big buy a smaller hasp. Use common sense and your best judgment. Once you have found one the correct size, you will need to mark the position of the holes that you will have to drill through the sheet metal. Once the holes are marked they will have to be drilled. You are going to permanently mount this hasp to the refrigerator with a pop rivet gun, so ensure you want to do this before you drill any holes. You will also want to buy a hasp that has holes no larger than 1/4" to make it a solid mount. Once you buy the pop rivets that fit through the holes in the hasp and are long enough to grab the sheet metal of the refrigerator, use the recommended drill bit size for the rivet. That info is on the rivet box. Once all holes are lined up and the door and hasp will allow you to put a small padlock on it use a pop rivet gun to permanently install the hasp to the side of your refrigerator. After it is installed, simply close the door and put your padlock on it and snap it shut to lock it. I learned how to do this, because sadly I lived with someone that had an eating disorder and the food had to be locked up. I pray you aren't going through the same thing, but this works!

My Devilbiss EGA-503-390F suction feed spray gun won't spray any materials with a viscosity greater than water. I purchased this gun in March 2010, and it was fine. I have cleaned, chnaged the needle...

The EGA-503 only comes with one set of air cap and Nozzle Size (!). And this is suitable for light and precise touch-up jobs. If you want to spray something heavier, then you would have to change the set-up, i.e. larger nozzle. But for EGA-503 only 390 (air cap) and F (nozzle) are available. Theoretically you could check for the predecessor EGA-502 which had different set-ups, incl. nozzles called "EGA-608-G" and "EGA-608-E". However, they are only limited available and you would have to change needle and air cap too. This makes the whole thing probably too costly.....

Carburettor burbling. If the air mixture is wrong how do I adjust and where do I locate adjusters.

Usually the air/fuel mixture screws have a brass cap on them! The only way to get to them effectively is to remove the bank of 4 carburators and drill out the brass cap and remove with a self-tapping screw.
If you have an owners manual or a service manual it will show you where they are located. What make and model and year is the bike we are talking about?
  1. The closest i can get you to the brass caps is to tell you they are on the bottom of the carburators near the float bowls. You will see a small stem sticking up that is cast aluminum and it is there that you want to drill a hole. Use a 1/8" drill bit or a 3/16" bit to drill a small hole in the caps. NOTE: THE AIR/FUEL mixture screws are right underneath the brass cap, so drill slowly as to not damage the flat blade screw under the cap!!
  2. Then once you have all the holes drilled, take the small self tapping screw and screw it in slightly so as to grab ahold of the brass cap. Then once you have all the brass caps removed, adjust the idle screws out 2 1/2 turns out.
  3. Next, i recommend buying a jet kit and installing it in the carbs as this will make the bike run better. (Your choice at this point). Around $120.00 for jet kit and $50.00 for air filter.
  4. Also, if you order a jet kit, it will have pictures and directions on how to find the pilot / (Air/Fuel mixture screws).
  5. Also when reinstalling carbs, spray WD-40 on intake boots and carbs to help them slip into place easier...
  6. Next step is to tighten all the loose bolts on the boots for airbox and the intake boots.
  • I guess the easiest thing i can tell you to do is join a forum for your peticular motorcycle and they will have directions on what to do exactly step by step.
  • Good luck and let me know if i can help u further...HDTV GURU JAY

Brake fluid appears to be low. The only resevior cap is a small cap covered by a rubber cover. Appears there are threads on the outside of the small plastic piece? Then there is only a small, pin hole...

Hi: I own a 1994 Honda Accord LX. The piece you refer to is only the upper cap. That portion is basically a breather area and the tiny hole is a breather hole.

To remove the cap to add fluid is easy. The larger gray colored cap below the small one you referred to is the one you want to remove. The smaller one will stay on top of the larger cap.

You'll want to turn the lid to the left about an inch or so. It does not screw off like a threaded cap, but instead turns only an inch or so, then lift straight up. There are multiple little hooks on the under side of the cap and rails on the cup where they basically twist and lock into place.

It's pretty easy. Give it a try. It should come off.

IR 210g - using thicker paint

i dont have so much as a solution as a couple of things you can try to figure out whats going wrong.

make sure your compressor can handle 10.5 CFM @ 50psi
hook up the gun and dry spray it to check for blockages in the air supply
if the air comes through strong and constant, fill the paint hopper with water and spray until empty
if the water comes through constant, add half of the hopper with paint thinned with penetrol or floetrol
if the paint is coming out weak or spotty, make sure the vent cap is open on the paint hopper
if the cap on the hopper doesnt have a vent, try spraying with the cap off or cracked a bit.
if that doesnt work take off the hopper and check the filter for blockages.

i suggest straining all your paint before pouring it into the hopper

Gas cap swells

yea its not gettin genough air thru with the gas. make sure your whole airfilter area is cleeean. or if the cap doesnt have small holes in it you should drill small holes two about .5 inch apart, with your smallest drill bit.a little bigger then pinholes, just enough so you can see there is a hole there. trust me iv done this before.
