When I put on the machine for the first time after purchasing a new one, I get the following error message, "Functional problem has occurred. This is the simptoms of the service manual , you should check that your power output is stable and double check if there is not anything like paper stuck some were in the fuzing unit wich could also cause the fuzer to over heat

• Tank full lever bent or broken
• Incorrect ink suction
1. Check the harness of the tank full sensor.
2. Replace the GJ engine.
3. Replace the maintenance unit.
• The position of the tank full lever
does not stay at the tank full position
after ink initialization or air releasing.
• The position of the tank full lever is
not detected at ink suction.

dear sir; the error code 320 on ricoh af 2027 it's means laser polygon motor problem, the laser unit right under the toner unit, litlle bit left. some error code can be reset why don't give them a try
1, power on the machine
2, press "clear mode"( has the c in a diamond), "107"then press and hold down "clear/stop" key
3,turn power off 10 second later back on.
I f reset doesn't work, you need to replace laser motor. thank you

SC 400 is a dirty toner mark sensor. Clean with alcohol, wiping with dry cloth causes static on sensor and attracts toner. Not sure where the sensor is, but look around transfer belt unit.

That is a fuser under heat condition.
Try this. May take a couple of times to clear.
Press the in this order. Clear all ( yellow button) then press 107, then press and hold the red stop button until the screen changes to show a screen that says. Copy SP ,,, Print SP etc.
Press Copy SP, when the screen changes, shut the main power off then back on.
If that doesnt work then repeat the clear all 107 stop and enter Copy SP again, Then scroll down to the 5 tab. press it, scroll to 810 and preform that reset.
If that doesnt fix the problem, then most likely the thermistors and over heat thermostats will need to be replaced.

First make sure that all packing are removed, then re-set sc condition, if does not work return equipment should have return guaranty
make sure you have set the fuser unit correctly
