The CMOS Battery, or also known as the RTC Battery, (Real Time Clock), is on the BOTTOM of the motherboard.

Above the pink processor socket......see the Yellow round object? It actually has wires coming from it, that end in a small white connector. Not the same color, not the same series, but gives you a better look at this type of RTC Battery setup,
Just an average laptop disassembly video I found. Skip to 3:40 or so to start. You SHOULD wear an ESD wrist strap, and have it's aligator clip attached to a good ground source. He is AT least working on a wood table top.

Look down in the Battery Compartment for the CMOS Battery, or in a small hidden panel down in the Battery Compartment. Also look on the top of the motherboard, once the Palm Rest Cover (Top Cover) is removed.

Tilak, try to remove the cover above the key board and just below the lcd screen, though it will look like it cannot be removed but it can be, below that you will find few screw which hold keyboard with the rest of system n you are at ur place, now do it urself.
You need to reinstall the scanner driver in your computer. Uninstall scanner driver first then if you have scanner driver disk then you can install it fro that disk. Give me your scanner information so i can give you url for download drivers or your scanner.
To get you buy temporarily, buy a portable flexible laptop for 15 bucks at Bed, Bath and Beyond (they have a nice little gadget area) This will allow you access, the keyboard can be rolled up when not used and is USB. Then either search for a "key" or the whole keyboard on Ebay...they are usually 15-25 bucks. Below is the service manual for your laptop for disassembly of needed components.
