Question about Centrios (121-9020) CD Shelf System
This is an internet radio/CD player. It was working just great ... but we moved. It's not showing up as an external device on the desktop. Can't remember if it used to. Have given the Centrios IP numbers, DNS, etc from my desktop's config file but still nothing. The radio/CD player finds the wireless wifi and shows great signal strength (97%).
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

the disc tray is operated by a mechanism inside the player, the problem would be that it is old and weak and cannot perform its functions anymore.
all you have to do is open the dvd player, gently unscrew the mechanism and replace it with a similar mechanism.

The radios used for WiFi communication are very similar to the radios used for walkie-talkies, cell phones and other devices.
you need to connect your desktop to the router via RG45 ethernet cable.
