But i think the problem is , it is conflicting with the IRQ of the onboard graphics i took screen shot of my bios setup , PNP configuration and their options :http://prntscr.com/383c1v , andhttp://prntscr.com/38cji4 , in screen shot 2 those options are avaible for all lines except lne2, I know i should do as you said disconnect devices and leave hdd and graphci card only but to be truthful pc is my cousins and he does not understasd much and neither i do when it comes at dismantling this stuff, so im trying to fix it for him like this

Hi you should put your graphic card to slot 0 pcie. Switch your on card on and uninstall drivers. Put your graphic in correct slot and power up your machine and check if is detected by system, then install driver for it. If successful restart and disable on board card.

SOURCE: Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller in Slot 02

Hi akwasi,

Try pressing F2 and look in the bios for a setting that says "Load Bios defaults". If you have any PCMCI cards inserted please remove them first and try a re-boot.

Have you added any new components on the PCI bus? If you have you need to make sure that the BIOS is allowed to reconfigure the interrupts. The device in slot 03 is conflicting with the integrated network controller hosted on the PCI bus. Remove the device in slot 3 and all should be well.

Most BIOS manufacturers allow the PC/Laptop to manage it's own interrupts, so ensure the device you've inserted allows for this. If it uses fixed interrupts this might be your problem.

A good manual should details the BIOS setting you can adjust in order to get the PCI controller happy again and allow the machine to POST correctly.

Regards,

SOURCE: Al encender mi ACER Aspire

You have a n IRQ conflict meaning you have a device that is trying to use an IRQ slot that its not meant to talk on. From the looks of it you have been in the bios already so go back in and set it to factory default.

SOURCE: when starting the laptop acer

If it just started doing this all of a sudden, then it is a good bet that *********** board is fried. If you just installed some memory or a communications card or new drive, then take it out and see if it still does it. If not, check the installation instructions to make sure it was put in right.

Fitting an external PCI graphics card ... issues.

Go into the device manager find the card you do not want to use then disable it do not delete it. Restart the computer making sure that your display is plugged in you want to use and it should show up. The way your doing it is allowing both monitors to or both drivers are active. John

No detect in my PC

>Check for physical connection of your graphics card, remove the case and see if it is perfectly fit it.

>Check for plug and play devices in services( Run>Services>Plug and play>Properties>See if it is started or enabled.

>Check for driver, incorrect driver could cause you the issue.

>Check in device manager if there is any IRQ conflict. If so, rollback the driver.

>If you have a system restore checkpoint, revert back to the previous settings. This might help you to solve the issue.

Does the above tips help you to solve the issue?

I need the Graphics drivers, after the installation I have the small screen resolution (4 bits) Thank

*Goto My Computer Properties> Hardware> Device manager> See if there is any conflict with the graphics drivers (?-wrong driver,!-IRQ conflict), if it does try driver rollback.

*Sytem Restore would be a prompt action. Since this is caused with installation of new software/s. A system restore would likely to solve the issue.

Monitor flickers sometimes when starting pc and won't come on.

if it is an older tube monitor - it seems it is at it's last breaths or the graphic adapter may be malfunctioning.

- please ensure all the cables( the internal ones, too) are attached properly,
-appropriate drivers fitting your OS are installed
- that there is no internal hardware conflict (IRQ conflict), please see: settings/hardware/device-manager for details

- try to hook up another monitor to double-check it is really the moni and not the graphics card!

if the issue occurs only in the original combinaton of old moni and PC, do consider to get a newer one.
another hint for an old moni is a slightly colour mismatch (maybe it has come to the red side?)
happy shopping

Dumping phusical memory while playing fifa

windows seems to shut down while you're playing,
maybe due to an internal conflict.
(that is why it dumps...)
check for IRQ conflicts and if there is enough space available on drive c:!

if still have the prob only when playing FIFA 2009, check if computer meets minimum system requirements and the graphics card is functioning properly.
turn down ingame screen resolution.

still have the issue?
please come again providing more infos on PC system, win version and graphic/video card1

chance are the connection on the motherboard is bad or the chipset software is out of date.
