On your printer settings on your computer when you select to print there should be a box that says only use black ink. Try that first and if it still prints in green you may have them in the wrong ports.

Yes. Easy to do, just go into the admin mode under utilities. Turn on Copy Track and then setup your accounts. You can restrict color, number of copies etc. This is also in your operators manual.
The default admin password is 12345678

Description:
The machine copies very slow and well below the rated output for black and white and color.
Solution:
CAUSE: The machine memory is corrupt.

SOLUTION: Perform a data clear:
1. Browse to the NIC/Log on as Administrator/Select the Scan tab/Import Export and back up the one-touch addresses to the desktop.
2. Enter Tech Rep mode.
3. Select System 1.
4. Select Data Clear and press start. Wait for the machine to cycle OFF/ON and for the POWER OFF MACHINE WITH THE MAIN POWER SWITCH message.
5. Import the one-touch list back to the NIC.
6. Re-install the HDD and power the machine OFF/ON.
7. Reset the Marketing area to U.S. and the target to U.S.
8. Re-install the TCP/IP address and power the machine OFF/ON.

KONICA MINOLTA C450 VXL Printer - When stapling multiple copies it staples all the copies together rather than each one separately as required. I use vista operating system.


There is an issue with the Konica Print Driver and the MS Print Driver. If Collate is turned on in both the drivers, you will get this problem.

The solution is to turn off Collate on one of the Drivers. Usually you will have an initial Print Dialog window that pops up when you can select your printer, how many copies and if to collate or not. De-select Collate. Then you should also see Preferences Tab. If you select that tab, select Collate and Staple, your print jobs should now Collate and Staple correctly.
