Question about Computers & Internet
I have an LG 3D HD Smart TV & have accessed iPlayer (both TV & radio) on it without problems, until 1 month ago when I could not access iplayer radio through my TV. The opening page, listing programmes, comes on I then click the programme I want to hear only to get a pop-up saying 'Network error - try again' which I do with the same result. I have contacted LG (& reset to factory settings) & the BBC, but no one has suggested a solution. Can anyone help please?

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Hi there !
You need to upgrade the flash player you are using because the website does not recognized it anymore or it needs higher version of flash player installed in your computer. I have same problem this before and it works.
I am sure it will solve your problem.

SOURCE: I cant't get bbc iplayer
I am having the same problem, same error message. I only get the message when trying to view live TV using the iPlayer. The BBC News channel plays live OK through the BBC News website. Live sport broadcasts play OK though the BBC Sport website. I uninstalled Flash Player and then reinstalled. It made no difference. Please help.

SOURCE: missing hss.dll driver file
You could run the chkdsk utility. Cick start run type cmd then type chkdsk/r/f which will scan for and attempt to recovery any bad sectors and automatically fix any corrupt files on your hard drive there are many ways of running the chkdsk utility Cick start right click on my computer you should see your drive usually C: select properties click tools check now tick both boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery on any bad sectors then select check now start should schedule this task when restart it will only schedule on restart if its the Primary hard drive with an operating system on it do not do anything while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input may damage your operating system and your computer. Use the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to determine which file is causing the issue, and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps: Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow. Type the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions. Hope this helps.
