Question about Honda Water Pump Honda Engine
THE TANK IS 5' HIGH AND I WANT TO TO FILL IT THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK. I NEED TO KNOW IF A PUMP WITH THESE SPECIFICATIONS WILL HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO FILL FROM THE BOTTOM AND PUSH THE WATER UP. I HAVE A 10' LIFT FROM MY WATER SUPPLY TO MY PUMP AND MY PUMP IS LEVEL WITH THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK

Maybe you trashed it. Take the cover off and look for any debris in the impeller. Also make sure you don't have any air leaks on the intake side of the pump. If the pump is ok and the engine bogs under load then the high speed jet could be out of adjustment or junk i the carb. Remember don't run the pump dry. You can also try adjusting the jet while it is running. Remember turn the needle slowly until it runs better.

Your problem is the breather on the tank
Its a pipe fitted to the tank that lets the air out when you put fuel in. and it sounds like its blocked up or has a kink in it
Find it ,clean it, and your ok to fill up.
