Question about Refrigerators
Ge refrigerator compressor is puting out 1/2 amp it calls fot 7 amps
do i need a new compressor or can this be repaired
If the compressor is actually running, take the clamp on ammeter and try it on more than one wire going to the compressor. Check your voltage going to the relay. You should read around 120volts at the compressor relay. It may be a bad relay if the compressor is not running.
