Question about Philips 47PFL7403D 47 in. LCD TV
The TV does not respond to the remote control. I press the green button and it does not advance the auto programming. This is a new tv. This is the first time I power up thanks jaime Aude
Hi, Unfortunatly, Philips had a design flaw from the manufacturer. You will need to have it serviced by a technician,but the replacement part is called an I.R. Board. It should only cost about 2 or 3 dollars,but the labor is the main cost of the repair,which you have a warranty for.
