Canon PowerShot SD850 photos won't open on MacBook

I took photos during my vacation, and they all appear fine on my camera, but the second half won't open on my MacBook because they're "corrupt." I was able to open them fine on a PC. I can no longer open any photos from my camera with the same "corrupt" label.
The file extension when I take them off my camera is .JPG
Any suggestions on how I can fix this?
