From the sound of it, you most likely have a blown CCFL bulb in your monitor (there is one on the top and one at the bottom). You can either buy new bulbs for it and try to replace them (risky and difficult without experience as I had found) or you will need to buy a new monitor.
now comming to ur issue, cannot copy an already installed game to a DVD, but if its the installation file you can burn them in cyberlink dvd suite. using a data Disk option.
At this page you can see details about connecting the audio cable between the pc and your monitor. In two words all you have to do is connect the green audio jack from your pc tower (line out) with the green audio jack at the back of your monitor. In case you don't have the cable you can find one asking for it as "cable with 3.5mm stereo jack both ends"

this sounds like pixels have died on the screen there is no cheap fix for this, its cheaper to buy a new one. if it is still under warranty bring it back as the manufacturer should cover this
This is a failure in the audio section of the control circuit. Your cable could be at fault or the circuit itself. Try switching cables or try you monitor on a different sound source. if this does not work then it is the monitors sound circuits. This requires a trip to a service center for servicing. Hope this helps.
