Disconnect the harness from the radio and see if every slot in it has connectors. If the slots that are not being use do not have connectors then the only connector missing a wire will be where your amp wire goes. If every un-used slot has connectors as well you may just have to check an audio store. Let us know

The blue remote wire where do i connect it and how? Is the head unit the deck car deck i mean? No power light

The blue remote wire is a wire that you connect to an amp which will turn the amp on when the radio turns on. If you don't have an amp don't connect it, just tape it up

Use the Amp remote turn on wire, some units don't come with a antenna wire and as an installer we use the remote turn on instead.

No sound from boombox

well im not sure of your level of experience in sound systems but check your fuse on your amp then check to see if your rca jacks are plugged in correctly to your deck then to the amp there is also a blue wire from the deck to the amp alot of people do not connect this and there for no sound it also goes from the deck to the amp and if your power wire from the battery with a fuse on it is not blown or even installed at all for that matter and the negative wire from the amp grounded to bare metal on the body of the car make sure of that hope that helps.

How do I hook up speakers and an amp

Big red cable goes from + on amp to battery. Then the black - wire goes from amp to body ground (unpainted ground) The Blue remote wire goes from amp remote to the remote wire on back of the cd deck.
Then, the rca jacks go from Rear Audio Out Jacks on CD deck to the Audio IN Jacks on amp.

Speakers have Red + and Black - which match up to screws on amp.

P.S. Make sure fuse is out while hooking everything up.

My PG Xenon 600 watt amp will not power my subwoofers

hello it sounds like your problem may be in the remote/power wire that goes from the back of your radio deck to the amplifier. the amp should have a wire connection that says remote,p.con, or antenna. and its usually the smallest wire connector located by the power and ground wire. this wire goes to the solid blue wire coming out of the deck. you can conect the wires together any way you want. i usualy shave off a little pice of the wire cover and wrap the wire coming from the amp around the bare wire then cover it in electical tape or cut the blue wire from the deck at a fit length and use a wire nut and put the two cut ends in and also the wire coming from the amp. also make sure the amplifire dose not have power to it just to be safe. wouldent want to fry anything.

There is also the left and right wires(ususaly red and white) that go on the back of the deck to the amp.

also chek the volume on the amplifire

make sure you used the blue with white stripe wire from your head unit for the remote wire for your amp. The solid blue wire is for triggering on the power antenna and does not supply voltage in CD or AUX

Auto amplifier installation

Does the new deck have a blue wire for remote and a blue/white wire also? The blue one is for a power antenna and shuts of when playing discs or axillary inputs. The blue/white is for power amplifiers and stays on when the deck is on. Also be sure the remote wire that goes to the amp is not pinched and grounded out to the frame of the car. Let me know, and be sure to leave feedback or I don't get paid.
