Question about Uniden EXS9950 900MHz Cordless Phone
My Uniden cordless phone doesn't have a dial tone, so I can't make calls. Can someone help me fix it?
I would be willing to bet that it's the line cord that is plugged into your phone's base unit. Try a different cord, and/or try it on a different jack.
If it's neither of these, see if any phone you have gets dialtone. If no phone gets DT, contact your service provider. If other phones work, and the new cord didn't fix your Uniden, then chances are that the jack has been ripped from the circuitry. If that's the case,
contact us at IdacomUSA and we'll be glad to set you up properly.
