You will need an interface to display the Pioneer data from a company called Connects2

Did it ever work? Sounds like you have an interface problem. Make sure the radio is connected to a Sirius XM satellite. If your device is not connected to a satellite, your device will display an error message such as "Searching for Signal."

Make sure that the speaker wiring is correctly connected. Please see the instruction manual that would have come with the Pioneer deck for correct wiring instructions first. Check that first and let me know..

I have a DEH-3087 CD receiver but I cant find the manual book. Can you share the Manual Book in soft-copy ?

Keep in mind that the Pioneer DEH-3087 CD is the Indonesia's Daihatsu OEM version of Pioneer DEH-2950 MP, with screen color to match the dashboard light, no remote control, and no detachable face, and with an interface to Toyota wiring. This user guide link for Pioneer DEH-2950 MP can be used for this model: www.pioneer-latin.com/downloads/crd4138a.

Hope this helps (remember to rate this answer).

You need to remove the stereo from the dash and make sure the Tel mute wires are not shorting on any metal. tape up any wires that are not connected.

Hope this helps

Is there a i pod connection on a pioneer deh-p6800mp? and where would it be located

There is no direct connection on the unit for iPod.

CLICK HERE for your owners manual in PDF Format.

CD-IB100ii is the accessory you will require for direct connect.
It uses the changer port.

CLICK HERE to read about the interface.

Pioneer DEH-50UB

Hi again,

Appreciate the direct "Ask Me".

Let's try a process of elimination based on:
  • the Pioneer DEH-50UB is working OK other than it displays error communicating with the iPod at certain times (intermittent);
  • the iPod when played alone/by itself does not exhibit any freezing/hanging problems;
  • the iPod to DEH-50UB connector/cable CD-IU50 is in good working order since if it is not, then the iPod would not even be heard on the Pioneer;
  • the Pioneer's wiring are OK otherwise it would not be working.
Which leaves us the possibilities of:
  • corroded/dirty USB port/interface on the Pioneer DEH-50UB;
  • loose USB port on the DEH-50UB;
  • loose or corroded terminals on the CD-IU50;
  • corroded/dirty contacts on the iPod;
  • RF interference from communications equipment such as CB radios, 2mtr Amateur, mobile phones;
  • electrical interference/noise from the vehicle such as horn relay, A/C relay, fan relay, alternator;
  • electronic noise from navigation/GPS mobile equipment;
  • keyless/remote alarm/security system.
Additional actions that could be explored/done:
  • installation of choke/filter capacitor along the red & yellow wiring of the DEH-50UB;
  • additional grounding/groundstrap of the DEH-50UB to the chassis/metal/body of the vehicle.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

hey, either the face plate isn't getting good connection with the unit so you need to clean the connection gold plates or your just on a blank screen and you can fix that by pressing the knob in until the screen says Entertainment, then scroll thru the possible screens until you choose one you like.
