To start with you will have to check on the power supply for the fuses, the fusible resistors on the various sub power section near the main transformer. If OK proceed to see the recitifed DC , the supply to the main controller IC the microprocessor in the front panel. You will need some basic electronics to check for the +5 volt to the mP and confirrm if it is working. replace only if confident or get help. If this section is OK then proceed to the mode selector IC to the output IC. This may require some good technical support to prevent further damage by tampering so please check this out. Good day
