We have canon image runner 6000 here at work that pulls the paper to a default drawer. Our users want to print from a drawer with legal paper but printer automatically pulls paper from default drawer. I am not sure what's causing this. Please help. Thanks.

In your printer propperties you can select the paper drawer you want to print to.The program you work with the paper size must aslo be set for legal.

We have a Canon Image Runner 3235 that is hooked up to a network. Every time we try to send more than one document to print off we get the error message to load paper and it doesn't need any paper. ...

Hello,
if the message add paper related with specific paper size i.e. add A4 paper in drawer, first you need to check is the paper senzor in drawer set to correct paper size - it is blue circle with markins of paper size. Second thing under printer driver properties on PC check if the correct paper size is choosen.

Hope that helps!

Canon Laser Class 3175 facsimile, incoming faxes are being saved in memory, will not print. Cannot clear error message "check paper size".

The problem is that you have a fax saved in memory that is the wrong size for the paper you have in the drawer. Probably it is a legal size, whereas you have letter size in the drawer.Just place some legal size paper in the by-pass tray to print.
