Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Says see product documentation for details. I took the cartridge out and put it back in. Still have this message. Just came out of the blue. I do not know what product documentation means.
It could be an indication that it's reading the cartridge incorrectly or the cartridge isn't properly seated. Try re-inserting the old cartridge or a new one to correct your problem.
