Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a hp4700dtn and a hp4700n, both are color laser jets. They a both displaying a service error 49.4C02. I have attempted to disconnect them from the power source and reboot. Post calibration the service error returns. I don't know if there was a pdf file in the process of printing or if the printer que contains pdf files. All pc's mapped to these printers are currently locked out. Can you please help?
Found this on hp forums try and see if works for you to.
"Try unhooking the printer from the computer. Turn the printer off then back on. and when the memory starts counting up hold the check button until the three light below turn on then release. then arrow down to cold reset and hit the check mark and see if you get past the 49 error"

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
