Question about LG RZ32LZ50 32 in. LCD Television

Open Question

TV automatically turns off after 15-20 minutes

We have bought an LG 32 LC 46 flat screen TV a month ago. Recently the TV automatically turns off after 15-20 minutes. We manage to turn it on again through the remote but it still turns off after few minutes. If we try this several times it doesn't turn on anymore. The red light is still on when it turns off.

Can we have any advice on this?

Thanks

Bad caps in the power supply. Replace all bad cap or replace Power Supply Module. If you choose to try and fix it yourself yourself will need a ESR Meter to check the caps in circuit. Let me know if this helps.

LG 32 Flat Screen Tv Won't Turn On.

What i would do if this was happening to me, i would turn it on by the buttons on the tv and if that still doesn't help it turn on then use the tv remote. I bet you have already tried both and haven't worked. How long have you had the tv for?

My 32LG350 wont turn on. I just pluged it for the first time i bought it like a month ago. it was working but suddenly it turned off by itself and wont turn on either by pushing the TV on/off boton neither...

Try unplugging the the TV from the power outlet for 30 seconds to a minute and plug back in again. Try to turn on again. Some TV's have to be in a "ready mode" to operate by remote - so besure it is in that mode - or use the power button on the TV.

Good luck!

Video problems with my westinghouse LTV 32 W 3 HD

This seems to be associated with the overheating of some component. On my set I need to check that the backlight is set to a low level. On reset it automatically adjusts to a level above maximum and the green screen will appear in a few minutes. I took the back off and that helped some.
