When I turn on my Sansa 8gig player all I get is a blank screen

Try and restore the units software/firmware with the supplied cord and backup it came with when new. You may find it available for download off their web site. If you are unable to fresh install, then there is a defective microprocessor internally and most likely cannot be fixed.

Unable to download music

Usually an Mp3 player comes with software that will enable you to load the music correctly. Do you have a disk with a program on it? What does the manual say? Make sure that the player is connected correctly, it should appear in 'my computer'. Good Luck :)

Hello, Am using Sansa c200 . am unable to delete songs which i hav copied into player. and even i cant see any songs on computer(my music folder was showing empty) .i even tried to format the disk ..but...

Actually if you have windows Xp you will need to download the software from But if you have windows Vista you will not need the software, the computer should recognize it by itself.

Yes, he can but it would have to be done manually, meaning outside of the iTunes application. When the iPod is connected to a computer, it will show up on the desktop of a Mac as another disk drive.
