Toner Cartridge Is there a difference in a Savin 8035 and 8035e toner cartridge?

i would suggest make sure the toner is the correct type, make sure when you install the cartridge it is tilted a little so toner will be towards the cap.
change your photoconductor unit.

THIS PROBLEM ALSO OCCUR IN RICOH AND GESTETNER/LANIER AS THEY SHARE SIMILAR OPERATING SYSTEM. WHAT YOU CAN DO IS TO CHECK THE TONE HOPPER OUTLET ,SOMETIMES IT IS BLOCKED BY MYLAR COVER WHEN YOU REPLACED THE NEW TONER..YOU JUST TURN THE TONER BOTTLE/TWIST A BIT AND YOU CAN SEE THE TONER WILL COME OUT FROM THE HOPPER OUTLET. IF NOT TRY TO FIX THE MYLAR COVER.
THE SECOND PROBLEM IS BLOCKED TONER INLET IN PCU .YOU HAVE TO TAKE OUT THE PCU & CHECKED THE TONER INLET,SOMETIMES IT IS BLOCKED BY SEAL OR THE JAMMED INLET CLOSURE MECHANISM AND IT CAN BE REPAIRED IF YOU HAD THE EXPERIENCESD SERVICING THE PCU. GOOG LUCK

Lift the upper section and on the right side take off lower right cover. -Carl
