Re: blinking orange light on hp 932c
Check to ensure that the top access door is firmly closed.
If the light continues to blink, open the top access door. When the top access door is opened, the print cradle moves so the yellow arrow on top of the cradle points to a drawing of a cartridge. Each drawing describes a symptom.
Turn the printer off. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait 30 seconds. Plug in the power cord to the wall outlet. Plug in the power cord to the back of the printer.
Turn the printer on.
The print cartridge carriage is stuck.
1. Open the top access door on the printer.
2. Remove the ink cartridges.
3. Turn the printer off, then on again.
4. Replace the ink cartridges.
5. Close the top access door.
The 2-Sided Printing Module is installed incorrectly, not at all, or the back access door is unlocked or open.
1. Turn the knob on the rear access door of the printer counter-clockwise, and remove the door.
2. Insert the module into the back of the printer.
3. If the lights remain on, remove the 2-Sided Printing Module by pressing in the buttons on the ends of the unit.
4. Re-install the 2-Sided Printing Module by pushing the unit back into the printer without pressing the buttons, until it snaps firmly into place.

Hi and thank you for using fixya:
On this specific printer model this light means that your paper has jammed, you need paper, or your ink is low. Please re-start your computer and printer and try again. If problem persists check ink levels on the printer settings (computer)
This could either be out of ink ,out of paper ,paper jam etc.
See if the computer gives any errors on the screen and check your manual(if you still have it)
If none of those solutions help then try the following ,
pull out the power cord and press the power button for about 20 seconds ,then replug and see what happens.
If it still gives an error then it will have to go to HP service center.
The light you describe is the ink light. When that light is blinking, try this.
Turn on the printer. Open the front cover and look at the carrier for the ink cartridges. There is a white arrow right above the latch for the color cartridge. Once the carrier stops moving, the white arrow should be pointing to a symbol which represents the problem (the reason the light is blinking.) Examples are low ink black, low ink color, sick black ( replace ) , sick color ( replace ).
IF you have just replaced your black cartridge, you might need to replace your color cartridge too. This printer will not work without both ink cartridges installed and full. You cant print with a full black and an empty color cartridge unfortunately, even if you only want to print black.
