it almost sounds like the temperature sensor is in the wrong place. that or the flow is inadequate for the heater to run. if you have a sand filter, put it on 'whirlpool' or 'recirculate' and try to run the heater.

in what way do you have problem with restart?
did you make restart to default configuration? or just restart?
one way is to take battery out, wait for a short while, then reinsert and restart - if that does not help, then I suggest trying to reset it to default settings -- if phone does not restart at all, then try with another battery - if still not restarting, then try with another simcard - and if STILL not restarting, try bying another phone :-)

Automatic Restart? Are you trying to Start Automatic Restart or Stop Automatic Restart?

If you have having boot problems and the system keeps restarting, then turn off the computer, then hit the power button and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE. Scroll down past Safe Mode and you will see an option to DISABLE AUTOMATIC RESTART. Take the Disable Automatic Restart option.

It might be something you have installed. I think the fastest way to get rid of such a situation is to perform a hard reset. You must know that you'll loose all your personal data, and how to do a hard reset, but here I go, anyway. There two ways to hard reset your Diamond.
Software way: Go to 'Start > Settings > System tab > Memory > Clear Storage tab', enter password '1234' and tap OK.
Hardware way: Turn your device off. Then, press and hold the ENTER key. Whilst keeping this key pressed, briefly press the POWER button. Release the ENTER key when a waring screen comes up. Then, press the VOLUME UP button to hard reset your device, or any other key to cancel the hard reset procedure.

As the computer is working in safe mode, it is clear that operating system files are corrupt.

Perform a repair installation, if it is Windows XP.

For Vista or Windows 7, you can perform system restore from recovery console. To launch recovery console, insert the disc- restart the computer and boot into the disc. Choose repair in the options tab, then choose system restore from the list.

You need to uninstall previos web cam driver/s from (control panel>add/remove>uninstall web cam drivers), restart the system and then install suyin driver
