I initially had some problems connecting wirelessly. I wound up having to change the channe numbers that the wireless signal was using. I used Network Stumbler to provide an analysis of the what channels were in use near my home

If u are trying to go online with hardwired connection, you can try chaning the ethernet port or cables. If you are trying to go online wireless, then try to login to the router and then reconfigure the wireless part of it
