Does it come with a drain pug to let water out of unit

no -- there is no drain plug for air conditioners
If you have a problem with water dripping inside the house --down the wall --there is a drain at the bottom of the evaporator ( inside section) that drains water outside
that becomes blocked with gunk and dust from the room and has to be cleared occasionally.

Water flushed from unit inside the room instead of beeing flushed outside throw the out let pipe

Possible that the tilt is more to the front that makes the water drip down. Another reason is that the drain pipe can be clogged with dirt build up and so it flushes back.
Finally if the evaporator is dirty and clogged due to dirt accumulation the water might drip down to the front.
So please check you filter, use high pressure air on to clean and reset the panel.

Pipe from inside to outside heater is leaking water when burner ignited

This is a natural occurance do to atmospheric conditions. As the heat from the gas burner warms the inside lining of the cold metal flue vent, the humidity in the room air creates condensation. In some cases, enough to drip down on the burner assembly. It is nothing to worrying about, unless it does not stop dripping after the burner has shut off.

Carpet wet under window air con.

The air conditioner needs to be "tilted" or "pitched" to the rear. By this I mean the back (outside) should be slightly lower than the front (inside). This will allow the water to run toward the back of the unit, and drip on the ground instead of inside the house - on the floor. The A/C unit must not be level or tilted into the room (front even with or lower than the rear).

This water is the result of condensation that is created when the warm room air is drawn through the much cooler coil & fins inside the unit and is completely normal. The more humid the air inside is, the more condensation will form, and drain away.

Good luck!

The ac is dripping inside the room

Hello.
You need to clean out the drain pan. Also unit shold be tilted back a little so water will run outside.

Remove the front grill and using an old tooth brush clean out the bottom pan where water is laying. Also be sure the drian hole outside the unit is clear.

Have 5000BTU Goldstar window unit. Water dripping

the bottom of the case from the outside usually has a "divot" in it below the coil to allow flow from the hose that runs across the bottom of the unit, try pressuring up and "blowing out" any obstruction, if this does not work then you may have to disassemble the unit and verify the drainpan is not cracked below the indoor coil (rare)

My window unti is dripping water inside the bedroom room.

there could be an obstruction in the bottom.remove it from the window and remove the case.check for anything obstructing water flow (condensation) to the outside.
