Easiest way would to use the owners manual as it will tell you how to do it. Otherwise get on the Internet and play around with the search terms of what you're trying to do. You can also go to the library, get a Chiltons and look it up and make a copy of the page on the reset. Owners manual is the best bet though.

please explain a bit more in better terms as i am having a slight problem understanding your basic problem ,am i too assume that you are having problems with the kick down on a automatic version of a VW bora and you want to know how many gears it should drop when kicked down??

Most scanners in my experience do not scan to "precisely" 8 1/2 X 11 inch letter size (assuming that was the original paper size).

A workaround is possible with some graphic programs. After importing the original incorrect scan of the document into the software a combination of resizing and/or cropping (depending on how your program works) will allow getting the exact dimensions. Then save as a new image document. Make sure to adjust for sufficient resolution (a larger document) if you plan to reprint.

I'm assuming theres a headphone type input jack in your new car. Theres got to be an input selector button, or a source button or an auxilliary button/mode. You'd need to get into this auxilliary mode to be able to introduce another source like your ipod. Then with a double ended 1/8" mini plug, you can do the physical connection. email me if any questions.
