Your operating system might be corrupted you would need to reinstall it by connecting it to a computer running desktop manager and has downloaded the right operating system and installed that on the computer aswell then everything should fix itself once you have installed the new operating system on there.

There are several online stores that sell replacement screens and some even supply the tiny screwdriver necessary to open the phone. Just search blackberry replacement screens. You may be lucky and find a youtube video showing you how to do the job

I had 2 blackberry 9700 s. One has a broken screen, the other has a bad speaker receiver. I took the screen from the blackberry that had a good screen and placed it in the blackberry with the good speaker...
The white screen is a ribbon cable issue.

You have had both phones apart so you know what I am talking about when I say ribbon cable?
It's the flexi cable that links the screen to the main body of the phone.

CHeck it is not damaged and check it is connected correctly.

You will see lots of people with all makes and models of mobile phones have this same issue and 80-90% are caused by a pesky flexible cable.

You may find a replacement fairly cheaply on Ebay if you have damaged both cables. They are delicate so take care when handling.

My samsung screen is white but it works ive tried everything, this hbas happen before screen going white and the battery had to be without juice to come back. it works but ithe screeen is white
hi, the main reason the screen turns whits is due to the thin ribbon that sends the data from the circuit board to the screen being damaged what happens is that the thin copper wires that are inside the ribbon ware and then break causing a short to the screen and this is what turns the screen white. this happens on most flip and slide phones as the ribbon moves when you slide or flip the phone so over time it becomes brittle and you lose the connection and this turns the screen white.

sometimes it will right itself if you open and close the phone a couple of times but this wont be a long term fix how ever it may be that bad that this will no longer work, its not expensive to get this ribbon replaced but taking you phone to a small phone shop would be your cheapest option.

Blackberry Curve wont turn on fully
The problem when a phone gets wet doesnt start after drying. It starts day/weeks later when the phone starts to corrode. If you take it apart check the main board and see if it has any white residue on it.

You can try to clean this off with alcohol but chances are it's going to be a no go.

I do not remember my screen unlock code for my sprint pearl.What do i do?
I hate to say it, but you are SOL Blackberry's cannot be broken into...Only thing you can do now is screw up the password 10 times so it wipes itself out. Once that happens you'll see "JVM505" or something like that on a white screen.

You then have to go to the Blackberry website and read directions on how to reflash software into your phone.

Have yellow spot in center of screeen
it is actually a light engine problem, i have replaced probabily 50 of thease for that exact problem, it is a prity hard part to change yourself, and it costs about 400 dollars
