Display says engine power reduced air conditioning not working and is overheating

The fault is the overheating problem, which could be several things including a faulty radiator fan.
You should have the computer scanned for trouble codes to proceed.
Make sure the radiator is full of coolant.

It is overheating and shutting down every 10hrs or show

I did met with some similar situations in the past.
I think you should have the CPU fan checked or you may also require an external fan so as to cool down the processing unit.

The problem in fact is being caused by the overheating of the processing unit.

Dynamic Switchable Frequency of CPU causing overheating

I have a similar problem with my A200. I have to change this setting to Always Low, and also disable the second core, otherwise the computer switches off and restarts. In case it was due to driver updates, I used the Recovery Disc to restore Vista and observed the same problem.

At first the ac stopped cooling. then the car overheated with the ac off. there appears to be no loss of radiator coolant

Turn your engine on with the A/C on high. Watch your cooling fans mounted behind the radiator to make sure they are running. If they're not running, you have something wrong in the electrical side of the fan system. The cooling fans are essential for cooling as they pull air through the radiator when the vehicle is not moving fast enough to cool the coolant. The problem probably lies in a relay, so replace the high speed fan relay with one you know works but is not essential for moment (rear window defrost or something similar) and put that in the relay spot for the high speed fans. If the fans kick on now, you need to replace your relay and this will probably also fix your overheating.

Toshibba laptop a135-s2276 ,my mother bords smd chip does not work so display of screen does not appear

The problem is well known witht this model Toshiba - the problem is the fan stops working and then hence shuts down to prevent overheating - it does not take long once the laptop is hot. Without replacing the fan just reboot the laptop until you hear the fan start again on reboot.

On many overheating problems we tell our customers to shut off the laptop, place a fairly strong vacuum cleaner flush against the bottom grill and hold it there for about 30 seconds. This sucks out a strip of dust that gathers on the cooling grid over time.
