Well you have broke the mask of the touch screen. Live with it or buy new cause a fix is more expensive than the device itself

i received the same letter. i believe you'll have to listen to a 90 minute presentation to pick up the tablet. expect a high pressure sales pitch. at this point im not sure if its going to be worth it, as who knows the brand or the value of this tablet. some of them are less than $100 so im not expecting much. so while i'd say it may be legit, or at least not a scam, i kind of doubt its worth it. depends on how much you value your time.

It is cheaper to buy a new tablet than it is to replace a cracked screen with a new screen. Buy a new tablet pc.

it cant be repaired but it should be able to be replace but i havent seen a replacement screen so u might just have to buy a new one

The whole tablet must have been flexed or something was set on the screen most likely, less likely but possible was a design fllaw.
